1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by OptimaLoop ("Agency", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

OptimaLoop provides AI automation consulting, workflow development, and implementation services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

3. AI Performance Disclaimer

OptimaLoop utilizes third-party artificial intelligence technologies (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, and Make.com). While we strive for 100% accuracy and efficiency, AI models and automated workflows may occasionally produce unexpected results, errors, or "hallucinations." OptimaLoop is not liable for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from AI-generated output or automated process failures.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OptimaLoop retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, code snippets, or templates developed prior to or during the engagement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered automation systems for their internal business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimaLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use of our automated systems.
